Having been with the business for more than three decades, Jamal has been instrumental in leading the growth and transformation of the project development business. He is also the Managing Director of Alfanar Global Development – our project development arm with landmark projects around the world.

Amit Kansal is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Senvion India. He has worked and resided in Singapore, India, and China throughout his 25-year career, including 15 years in the power and renewables industries. Prior to joining Senvion, Amit spent six years in various leadership positions at Vestas Asia Pacific and seventeen years at Honeywell Inc. in various Asia Pacific and global roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electronic and communications engineering from Mangalore University in India, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

Prashanth is the Chief Operating Officer of Senvion India and has over 26 years of experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure industries. He has held a variety of functional and general leadership positions at renowned companies, including Nordex, Acciona Energy, GE Power Controls, and others. Prashanth has an honours Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Emad is leading the finance & business support department at Alfanar Projects including several business units in 10+ countries. He has over 22 years of experience in the finance and controlling & accounting domains in the manufacturing, construction, and services fields. He also serves as the Chief Investment Officer of PPP Power and Water Projects (NEOM & JAWC), and is a member of several key committees at Alfanar Projects.

In his role as the Chief Investment Officer at Alfanar Projects, Mishal has been successful in closing deals worth over $1.6 billion in non-recourse financing. He also serves as a Director for Alfanar Energy in UK, and Alfanar Energia in Spain; and is part of the investment board for corporate level capital allocation.

Currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director of Alfanar Projects, Mohammed Al Mutlaq leads the company's transformative strategy and oversees its expansive business portfolio. Under his leadership, the company has achieved unprecedented growth, managing a turnover exceeding multi-billion USD and overseeing more than 10 diverse business units. In recent years, Mohammed has spearheaded the execution of Alfanar’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across subsidiaries while forging strong partnerships with key government stakeholders. He guided the company through complex global challenges, maintaining operational resilience and continuity. His market insights and commercial strategies have opened significant growth opportunities, further strengthening Alfanar’s leadership in the regional and global power sectors.

As the global chief technology officer for Senvion India, Juergen is responsible for the technical and engineering architecture. With over 16 years of global experience in wind technology and innovation, he is responsible for the company's technologies, R&D strategies, and digital transformation. Juergen has held various positions in Europe and Asia, where he excelled at platform management, product management, customer relationship management, and the execution of product and technology roadmaps within cost, quality, and time-bound objectives.

Shreyas has also held senior sales positions at reputable companies such as Thermax and Alfa Laval.
